The Protea SI GOLF Range Putting Green Mower is a professional precision cylinder mower designed specifically for maintaining golf putting greens, fine turf areas, and premium grass surfaces where accuracy, consistency, and an exceptional finish are essential. Developed for golf course professionals and turf managers, the SI GOLF range delivers the precision cut required to maintain smooth, fast, and healthy putting surfaces.
Available in two models – SI510 GOLF (20") and SI630 GOLF (25") – the range provides excellent manoeuvrability and cutting performance for modern golf greens, including undulating surfaces where maintaining an even cut without scalping is critical. The compact design and close positioning of the front and rear rollers allow the mower to follow green contours effectively, reducing the risk of uneven cutting on challenging surfaces.
The SI GOLF range features a professional 12-blade cutting cylinder combined with a low-cut bottom blade, allowing a minimum cutting height of approximately 2.5mm. This precision cylinder cutting action provides a clean, scissor-like finish that improves turf presentation, encourages healthy grass growth, and helps maintain the quality standards expected on professional putting greens.
Designed with operator efficiency in mind, these lightweight self-propelled golf green mowers include a unique Click-type front roller height adjustment system, allowing quick, simple, and accurate cutting height changes in fine increments. The dual clutch system allows the operator to disengage the cutting cylinder while driving, reducing unnecessary wear and making transport between greens easier.
The SI GOLF Putting Green Mower range is equipped with smooth steel rear rollers, a teasing brush for improved grass presentation, stainless steel cylinder adjustment components, rear roller levelling adjustment, and powered pneumatic transport wheels for convenient movement around the course.
